We set up a custom online merchandise store for your venue on the Merchnestâ„¢ platform. Customers can browse, select, and purchase products directly through this store. QR codes linking to the store will be displayed in your venue for easy access.
Yes, after one-year minimum term on each subscription model, you can then cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that access to certain features and revenue-sharing rates will be adjusted according to the subscription level (or free plan) you move to.
Merchnest™ provides marketing support to help you drive sales. Primarily QR codes for in-venue promotion, we’ll work with you to ensure your merchandise reaches your customers effectively. We suggest you display the QR in every way possible; Menu, table, place cards, placard, receipts, posters.
Absolutely! Our team is here to support you every step of the way. Whether it’s onboarding, customizing products, or troubleshooting an issue, we’re just a call or email away.
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time following your one-year minimum term, through your Merchnestâ„¢ account dashboard (in development, currently a manual process). Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle, including any changes in revenue share.
No additional fees are required. Your subscription covers all services, including setting up your merchandise store, product production, and customer support. Revenue-sharing terms are clearly outlined in each plan.
